Description
Carry out general administrative function such as man reception, handling phone / email enquiries etc.
Maintain office operations and filling systems, controlling correspondences, updating layouts
Assist in office procurement requisitions
Liaise with vendors for maintenance of office facilities
Maintain retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of records
Assist in internal and external audit
Prepare payment vouchers to Finance for payment
Taking minutes of meetings (when required)
Assist with hiring needs such as posting of job advertisements and shortlisting candidates for interview
Manage and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires including orientation of new hires
handle enquiries from hiring managers and employees on HR policies and practices in a timely manner
Ensure HR data is always up to date
Process HR forms
HR admin matters
Requirements
Preferably 2 years’ experience in clerical/administrative/HR support
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good written and verbal communication skills
Able to work in a team
Meticulous, resourceful and possesses strong initiative
Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels
5-day work week. Might be required to assist in events beyond working hours occasionally.
