Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Admin Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the human resources and administrative functions of the company, ensuring smooth operations in compliance with company policies and labor laws. This role requires someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a hands-on approach to HR processes.
Job Description:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and facilitating the hiring of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, organize team building activities, etc.
• Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to employee welfare.
• Maintain and update HR records and databases, including employee files and attendance records.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Handle employee payroll, bonus, expense claim and maintain payroll/expense system.
• Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
• Manage administrative tasks such as office supplies procurement, facility management, and vendor coordination.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to support decision-making.
• Support other HR initiatives and projects as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) working in HR and administrative roles.
• Sound knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRIS).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Experience in handling payroll and compensation administration.
