The Job

• Provide administrative support to the team in handling the execution of all wealth management products within deadline and maintaining the sales records.
• Ensure strict compliance with key focus on control and procedural adherence to prevent any operational error.
• Perform checks on accounts opened to ensure that they are in compliance with HSBC requirements
• Ensure that the service principles and standards are followed to achieve the service benchmark
• Resolve enquiries and provide alternative solutions to meet customers’ needs, promptly and efficiently, within reasonable timeline
• Look out for any suspicious transactions and reporting it to relevant party to reduce reputation risk
• Manage the operational risk associated with the role and take action to minimize the likelihood of operational risk occurring i.e. executing transactions accurately to prevent any error resulting with losses
• Examine exception items relating to transactions processing, system messages to prevent any internal fraud and minimizes risks

The Talent

• Preferably degree holder with experience in a retail banking environment with strong focus on customer service
• Preferably with strong experience in dealing with people
• Ability to handle difficult situations with a tact and diplomacy
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people of varying background
• Meticulous in paperwork and documentation checks.
• Ability to meet assigned deadlines
• Able to work on Saturdays (half day) - minimally twice a month

Duties

• Construct, create, and maintain a BIM model using pre-existing 2D CAD or PDF designs or start from scratch.
• Verify the quality of the models and find any interdisciplinarity conflicts.
• Create and maintain Revit-based plans, sections, elevations, and details that can be utilized for fabrication, shop drawings, as-built drawings, tender drawings, authority submission drawings, and design analyses.
• Create a 3D center-line model so that a structural engineer may analyze it.
• Upkeep and application of the business's BIM guidelines, contents, facade template, and library
• Any additional ad hoc tasks that the supervisor assigns

Requirements

• Need to grasp the fundamentals of facade design at the very least. It is essential to have experience submitting BIMs to authorities.
• Proficient in Revit. Proficiency in alternative BIM applications is a plus.
• Needs to be adept at managing their time.
• Need to be able to work with little direction
• Need to be aware of the worksets and worksharing features of BIM and possess good observational skills.
• Needs to have a positive working attitude and be a team player.

[What you will be working on]

• Develop hotel industry transformation initiatives, in line with the Hotels Industry Transformation Map (ITM) and Hotel Sustainability Roadmap - with key focus on spurring hotels towards more progressive HR practices, the adoption of manpower development programmes, enhance productivity and raise the value and appeal of hotel-related jobs.
