About the Role:

As the Landscape Design Director, you will be the most senior figure in our landscape team, a role with significant creative influence. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of landscape design projects. Your role is to ensure these projects meet the highest standards of quality, creativity, and sustainability. Key Responsibilities

Management & Leadership:

Qualifications

• Experience: 8-10 years in landscape architecture at the senior associate level, with substantial experience in project structuring, creative team management, and a particular excellence in softscape design.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.

• Proven success in managing complex landscape design projects from concept to completion.

• Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing design teams.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to clients and stakeholders.

• High proficiency in site planning, planting design, layout, and construction detailing.

1) Project Coordination:

· Key FS contact for Owner and Consultant team. Responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary Design Services team as well as internal stakeholders tasked with providing FS input for new build and renovation projects within the APAC region, or as assigned otherwise.

· Review of development opportunities for potential new projects, including conversions and adaptive reuse with creation of Project Improvement Plans (PIPs), design improvement recommendations, etc.
