• Lead project teams in various aspects of design, supervision, and management across diverse projects.
• Establish and nurture contacts while presenting architectural designs to clients, playing a pivotal role in client engagement.

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent qualification.

• Participate in business development meetings focused on identifying specific markets, clients, and project prospects.

• Certification:Registered Architect with BOA, Qualified Person for signing.
• Specialization:Experience in local healthcare projects is a bonus.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in BIM (Revit), SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative team player, and excellent organizational abilities.
