Key Responsibilities

Pre-Construction Stage

• Assists in preparing the key commercial control documents such as the Procurement Schedule, Cashflow Forecast and Margin Improvement Strategy to ensure the project is well planned.

The Senior Project Architect assists staff and Project Managers in assuring that the technical content of our designs meet the architectural professional standard of care.
