• Experience in start-ups or entrepreneurial environments is a plus, as is experience managing portfolios for private or family offices.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, valuation, financial analysis, asset management, and real estate law and regulations. Experience with property acquisitions, leasing, and development.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and analytical skills, with experience in cash flow forecasting, ROI analysis, and real estate financial structuring.

• Responsible in doing full spectrum of HR functions
• Assist in all HR deliverables on performance management, annual increment, leave management
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Collect and update our database with new hire information (e.g. employment forms and contact information)
• Manage and track employees' Annual Leave (AL) to ensure accurate records and monitoring.
• Oversee the day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Coordinate with the infrastructure department on all office equipment.
