• Prepare cost estimates and perform quantity take-offs for MEP projects
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and monitoring cost variations
• Assist in tendering and procurement, administer contracts, and identify opportunities for value engineering
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, ensure regulatory compliance, and generate cost reports

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Engineering or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in industrial, commercial, or data-centre projects
• Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical, organizational, communication, and facilitation skills
• Ability to work in a team, independently, with attention to detail and adaptability
