• Contract Administration: Review and interpret contracts and conditions. Prepare contractual documents, amendments, and ensure compliance with contract terms during the project lifecycle.
• Budget Control & Financial Reporting: Develop and monitor project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and areas of risk. Prepare financial reports and forecasts, tracking costs and variations.
• Site Visits & Surveys: Conduct site inspections and surveys to gather data on progress and quality. Collaborate with project managers to address issues or delays.
• Claims Management: Handle claims and disputes, ensuring proper documentation and negotiation of settlements as required.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all works comply with relevant regulations, standards, and specifications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

Key Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Preferably 2 years of local experience in Quantity Surveying, within the construction industry. All are welcome to apply.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of construction processes, building materials, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Knowledge of cost management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
