· General administrative support to fee earners

Job Requirements:

· Candidates must possess at least 2 years’ prior experience undertaking secretarial and administrative support work pertaining to intellectual property (IP) rights and be familiar with the use of IP management software. Only applicants with the requisite minimum experience will be considered.

· Candidates must be proficient in the English language (both oral and written) and possess basic IT skills to be comfortable with databases, word processing and data generation software.

· Meticulousness and good administrative and organizational skills are pre-requisites.
