Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, manage and execute all types of events, ensuring and overseeing the events run smoothly and successfully.
• Oversee and manage the Event Technicians on site for all the events and update all the event details. This includes the regular management meeting.
• Ensure the application request or enquiry for event booking meet event guidelines before confirming the event with hirers and assist to bring interested parties on site show rounds.

• Adhere to the Event Manager’s planned schedule activities or event work flow and ensure the Event Technicians follow before and during events. This includes oversee and coordinate the Event Technician during the event, ensuring the Event Technician work as per scheduled and work as a team.
• Coordinate all logistic aspects of the event and technical set-up, which would include mobile generator, mobile toilets, tables and chairs, extra lighting, stage, backstage props, banners, signage, decorations, audio visual equipment, etc., and in helping to shift and arrange training props and furniture. This includes any light, projector and sound check during rehearsal and/or before the event day itself.
• Liaise with hirers to ensure their vendors follow house rules (e.g. change pass at Security counter, etc) during the set-up and reinstatement of the venue. This may include of pre and post event handing and taking over of the event.
• Work closely with the Zone Managers and Housekeeping Executive to ensure the venue is in clean and good condition. To have internal and/or joint inspection at least a day before the event and on the event day itself.
• Work closely with all parties and pay attention to details for the overall event process, identifying potential issues or faults and finding practical solutions to overcome them during event. Should there be any urgent attention or emergencies, he is able to address and report to Event Manager and RP immediately. This includes assigning the team members to rectify at the soonest possible and submit the report after rectification of the fault
• Gather feedback from hirers and follow up with all the requests and address any issues that may arise from the events. The feedback and issues have to be updated to Client with follow up actions or recommendation.
• Ensure compliance and good practice of the health and safety regulations related to event activities and equipment used for the events.
• Keep records, generate reports (on the events carried out, consolidated calculation of monthly, quarterly and yearly rentals, venue utilisation and problems encountered) and any document of event-related activities. The reports need to submit to RP on a monthly basis.
• Look for continuous improvement in the event management process and giving the hirer a good experience of renting RP’s venues. Implementing best practices or new technology to enhance the overall hirer’s experience and functionality of venue spaces.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

1) In collaboration with IP team, to develop, review and refine engaging and creative educational materials for in-house IP training;

2) Assist the IP team in the following activities:

- Conduct patent/prior art search and/ or trademark clearance search;

- Review and analyze invention disclosure prepared by inventors;

- Review and refine internal patent process;

- Prepare and file patent applications;

- Draft responses to Office Actions from patent and trademark offices;

- Periodically maintain, update and organize IP portfolio databases and files;

- Prepare IP presentations and reports as needed.

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Law (with IP specialization) or related field;

- Knowledge of IP focusing on patent and trademark is not necessary but preferred;

- Strong research and analytical skills;

- Excellent command of the English Language (both written and oral);

- Capacity to understand diverse technologies;

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities;

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of senior/building officers and contractors and liaise with other departments for daily building operations i.e. security, cleaning, carpark, pest control, building finishes and landscaping.
• Handle tenants complain/correspondence and attend meetings with service providers and tenants regularly.
• Establish and ensure good relationships with tenants by timely completion of tenant related matters, such as inspection, handing/taking over and defects management etc.
• Plan and implement routine/preventive maintenance programs/ad hoc upgrading projects and monitor progress of works including the fit-out work by the tenant contractors.
• Conducting regular site inspections to ensure the highest standard of housekeeping and security etc.
• Timely escalation to the Manager in the event of any incidents having an impact on KPIs/SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal counterparts to provide the highest standard of service to Tenants and to ensure smooth facilitation of company related events.
• Plan and coordinate events such as fire drills and all other exercises.
• Handle all documentation for the fit-out work from the start to completion of the work including Fire Safety Certificates (FSC), drawings and documentation.
• Assist Building Manager in drafting circulars to tenants, preparation of operation and budgets, monitor and track expenses closely within budget, monitor the progress of any on-going works.
• Verify invoices and claims by service providers. Keep track of all the operational, cyclical & capex expenses.
• Prepare, review, and implement operation and risk management procedures to improve productivity, efficiency, and work safety.
• Prepare incident/accident, lost and found reports in time of accidents and ensure proper filling.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Facilities related
• Min 4-5 years relevant working experience Knowledge in facilities management.

We are seeking an individual with QA/QC experience in the civil, structural, and architectural ("CSA") trades for the position of a QA/QC Engineer for Fortis Construction Pte. Ltd. Singapore operations. The candidate will assist with the QA/QC program throughout the design and construction phase of the largest multistory data center in Asia (The Project).

Reporting to the QA/QC Manager, the candidate will be responsible for assuring the implementation and compliance with the Quality Assurance System and for scope of work related to civil, structural, and architectural items. At times and, when necessary, the QA/QC CSA engineer will fill in for the QA/QC Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineers.

It is expected the candidate will be a very detailed and organized individual with extensive previous experience working as a QA/QC on large, international projects with deep knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural systems. There will be a significant amount of “hands on” work understanding and implementing the VDC QA/QC systems. The candidate must have excellent leadership and Emotional Quotient (EQ) skills and be able to relate to and communicate with the client, the Fortis Construction Pte. Ltd. team, subcontractors of all tiers, vendors and immediately establish trust and confidence in his/her ability.

The candidate will provide guidance to other team members they interact with and manage daily. The candidate will be expected to know the drawings and specifications and dig into the details to resolve issues.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute and share program evolutions and lessons learned with Fortis Construction, Inc. US operations QA/QC Managers
• Represent Fortis Construction Pte. Ltd. in the utmost professional manner while constantly embracing honesty, integrity, and truth
• Comply with Fortis Construction Pte. Ltd. anti-graft, non-bribery requirements
• Review approved civil, structural, and architectural drawings, and ensure compliance with the construction specifications
• Coordinate with Project Engineers for technical assistance, generating Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for Client-requested quality observations, and project closeout
• Work together with the civil, structural, and architectural contractors to properly document the quality process, tracking and final turnover
• Run the weekly QA/QC Meetings, drive open CSA quality issues to closure, keep meeting minutes and document for future reference together with subcontractors
• Play a proactive role with field inspections, together with the subcontractors and the Client in developing pre-test plans prior to contractual testing and stay ahead of normally scheduled inspections with the authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ). Assist the contractor in resolution of known issues and lessons learned from other sites
• Assist with onsite/remote BIM 360 Field training of new Trade Partners / site personnel (iPad and Desktop) and competency with BIM 360 Field to create issues, capture QA/QC related issues, and create checklists.
• Identify issue and close them prior to punch walk and area substantial turnover date, by working with Client and Trade Partner’s QA/QC team
• Establish a great relationship with the Client, Trade Partner and local AHJ
