• Support experience in Windows 7 &10, Mac OSX, patch management, Active Directory, ServiceNow or similar , Office 365 and essential applications such as Microsoft Office.Hands-on experience in desktop, laptop, printer, and scanner configuration.
• L2 level troubleshooting for LAN/WAN/MPLS. Basic administration knowledge of systems and servers, phone systems, and wireless infrastructure related to the network.
• Experience in troubleshooting all office network-related issues, such as switches and WIFI

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).

In this role, your responsibilities will encompass performing Level 1 and 2 technical support via phones, remote connection, and on-site. You will also be responsible for user administration for all joiners and leavers, as well as support IT equipment such as laptops and desktops. This role directly reports to the Regional IT Service Desk Manager, ensuring effective communication and support within the team.
