• Min Diploma in Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in maintenance servicing and troubleshooting skills in similar industry.
• Strong technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaborative with team.

• Greeting patients, schedule appointments, and handle queries and complaints through phone, email, or other forms of correspondence.
• Ensure a high standard of patient care at the clinic
• Oversee office supplies including dental products, stationery, equipment, and furniture.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the clinic, addressing and resolving issues by coordinating with relevant vendors or departments.
• Submit claims through CHAS, Medisave, and Dental Insurance portals.
• Maintain clinic records, complete necessary forms, and file reports in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in the similar industry.
• Well-versed in MS Office Applications would be preferred.
• Immediate starter is a plus
