• Maintain accurate customer records and assist with data cleanup.

• Monitor call center agent performance and extract data for analysis.

Requirements

• GCE 'O' level/Diploma.
• 2 years of customer service experience in luxury goods/ premium retail / Banking / Hosptiality line.
• Passion for and willingness to learn about and premium cars.
