Job Description:
This is a full-time position as a Customer Service Representative for the employer. The role involves handling phone inquiries, performing data entries, and maintaining accurate records. The representative will provide the best solutions or alternatives to address complaints and work closely with the operations department. Additional ad-hoc duties may be assigned as needed.
Responsibilities:
Diploma holder with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
Proficient in both English and Chinese (to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients).
Possesses IT knowledge.
Strong listening skills.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Good team player with excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, meticulous, and independent.
Willing to do shift work, and work on public holidays and overtime.
