Education Requirement

Job Description:

• To support customer site for company probe cards on the following:
• Card repairs
• Pin replacement if possible
• Advise customer on technical details for evaluations / improvements etc
• Liaise with HQ Italy for any issues / technical documents / evaluations / follow up
• Work with HQ vertical repair team for cards send back to Singapore
• Report / trackers update for internal and customer
• Support overseas sites if necessary

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma and above
• Working Experience: At least 2 years' experience in Electrical Wafer Sort / Final Test Testing
• Skills: 1. Troubleshooting & Isolation of problems
• 2. Able to read PCB schematics

The role involves coordinating between Application and Infrastructure Teams to implement Infrastructure Requirements for Applications.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• To coordinate in setting up Infrastructure and support Application Infra needs.
• Ensure Operating system, Middleware, Database performance ,Security /Bug fix patches , EOS and security (ISCD) compliance in accordance to the bank standards.
• Provides hands on technical expertise (SME) , senior level technical guidance to applicationteam as necessary.
• Assist and respond promptly to incident, investigate and provide temporary/permanent resolution to incidents escalated with respect to Middleware/ Operating system/ Database performance, capacity, resiliency, stability, replication and other key aspects.

• Provide technical support to application development teams.
• Evaluate releases of Middleware, Operating system, Database components and its tools to ensure entire environment is complaint with no/minimal impact.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, DevOps, other Container platforms.
• Knowledge in Linux OS, Wintel OS, MariaDB or Any Other databases.
• Knowledge in Networking (F5 GTM/LTM or any other SLB).
• Minimum 3 years of professional relevant experience.
• Willing to work in shifts and in weekends.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Production, Service, Repair, Installation, FAT, Field Construction, Plant Commissioning, Sea trials and Inspection of Customer Supplied Product.
• Ability to maintain good project documentation and is familiar with ISO documentation requirements such as Job Safety Analysis, Work Method Statement and Permit to Work Application requirements and procedures.
• Requisition Key equipment and materials.
• Liaise with customer on the installation requirements such as hot work, welding, carpentry work and running of cabling.
• Inform Managers of additional requirements from customer.
• Ensure that jobs are carried out to meet acceptance criteria as per technical / installation manual.
• Assist in preparing the design, drawing and documents for Customer’s technical requirements.
• Assist in developing a complete field support process covering all products.
• Identify and record quality problem related to product or service.
• Carry out responsibility of equipment owner in the handling and usage of inspection, measuring and test equipment.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Managers and Engineers.

Requirements

• Handling technical and work related documents.
• Possess good critical thinking and trouble-shooting skill.
• Able to communicate and work well in team.
• Knowledge in Computers and Electronics, Telecommunication System.
• Knowledge and experience in Marine Electronics, Offshore industry is an advantage.
