Job Scope:
- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency
- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc)
(no cold-calling at all!)
- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criteria
- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for both clients and tutors
- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service
- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers on banking products, accounts, and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner.
• Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction.
• Consistently deliver quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction.
• Solicit customers feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions.

Skills/Requirement

• Minimum of ITE, 'O' levels. Open to consider Entry Level agents/officers ( training will be provided )

• Responsible for all the trade related supporting activities from assistance of traders, communication with customers / within departments for payment arrangement, price confirming and accounting administrative support.
• As a member of the department, the incumbent is expected to execute assigned duties in ensuring timely and accurate execution of transactions and necessary various risk management activities and journal entries.
• Communicating with customers / within departments for necessary arrangements such as confirmation of price fixing, payment arrangements, inventory management, etc.
• Maintaining accuracy of trade data stored in trading system through input and reconciliation.
• Recording trade data and ensure accuracy of various reports/calculations.
• Account Receivable / Account Payable checks.
• Maintaining proper filing of documentation (hard and soft copies).
• Coordination of structuring business process.
• Any other duties as assigned by Senior Manager or General Manager from time to time.

Requirement:

•  Has working experience in the Oil and Gas industry with general accounting knowledge (SAP);
•  Basic knowledge on international commodity trade (INCOTERMS, trade finance, etc.);
•  Other commodity trade knowledge may be taken into consideration, if there is no experience in international Oil & Gas industry;
•  Proficient in MS Office applications.
