Job scope:
• Client Service Officer (CSO) within the team covering institutional investors active in public markets i.e. asset managers, hedge funds and family offices who trade actively in public markets.
• Support the public markets team RMs in client KYC documentation, account opening and onboarding.
• Assist RMs in fixed deposit (FD) matters such as placements, rollovers, withdrawals.
• Lead the client account maintenance processes, including change of account mandates, multi-currency account (MCA) currency opt-ins, fee debiting, fee waivers, entity/account name changes and account closure procedures
• Be in charge of payments and transactional matters – including RFI queries, manual exceptions, agent bank queries, GIRO rejections.
• Assist RMs in account retagging and data cleanup and maintenance
• Any other adhoc tasks / projects assigned by the RMs/team from time to time on revenue data collation, events, sales, marketing, etc
• Support a smoother end to end journey for customers from onboarding to settlement of trades by working closely with product teams and support units.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year relevant experience
