Objectives

The Senior Customer Service Executive is responsible for leading a team of service specialist, delivering exceptional service to the assigned customers and is able to deliver and exceed customers expectation of all the after-sales services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team and to ensure all services are being delivered promptly.
• Review, improve and implement processes to ensure best practices are in place.
• Provides shared support to Sales and Operations team.
• Handle customer calls and emails enquiry.
• Perform administrative duties such as quotations, invoices, scheduling appointment and reports.
• Coordinate with Warehouse to prepare materials and equipments to meet delivery KPI (key performance indicators) .

Key Competencies

• Good communication and coordination skills to enable interaction with internal and external customers effectively.
• Good knowledge and application of Microsoft Office.

Qualification:

The Senior Customer Service Officer is a staff whose role in the company entails attending to guests and visitors who come into the restaurant.

In some cases, the individual is assigned to specific clients/accounts and manages all inquiries and information transactions made between management and the clients.

As experts in the field, the job description of senior customer service representatives includes guiding all representatives in the execution of assigned tasks and ensuring that their services are of maximum satisfaction to customers.

They give report and feedback to management about the level of performance of members of staff in the organization.

· Support day to day IT operations (e.g. printer setup / troubleshooting end user applications)

· IT End user support helpdesk

· Google workspace administration / ensuring smooth operation of End User accounts

· Responsible for maintaining and administering Sub Systems

· Produce quality HTML5 CSS templates

· Provide Graphical User Interface designs (UXD) for internal Sub Systems

· Able to time-manage multiple projects

Job Requirements

· Diploma or higher in Front-end development or equivalent IT related field.

· Knowledge in troubleshooting end user applications e.g. MS word / excel / outlook / Gmail web interface / google drive interface.

· Knowledge in google workspace admin console is a plus

· Relevant Help Desk Service level experience

· Relevant HTML5 CSS Front-end development experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality customer service to all guests.
• Greet each guest promptly and courteously with good smile and body language.
• Make recommendations and upsell.
• Key orders in the Point-of-Sale system efficiently.
• Serve food & beverages according to guests’ orders efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of the outlet.
• Check food and beverage inventories and stocks in a consistent and accurate manner.
• Escalate guests complain to duty manager if unable to conduct service recovery.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, any field.
