As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that 1st level customer queries are managed within stipulated resolution times. [What you will be working on]
You will conceptualise, promote and execute programmes and activities for the participation and development of students in the areas of arts enrichment such as performing arts productions, arts leadership workshops, etc. You will be required to serve as the staff mentor of student arts groups.
