Customer Support Specialist, Contract Logistic

Working Days: 5 days Monday – Friday

Working Hours: | 9am – 6pm

Location: Pioneer Sector [Near Gul Circle MRT]

Salary: $2,600 – $3,000 + $200 Transport Allowance

Job Description:

Warehouse operation management

• To manage inbound and outbound cargos and operation activities.
• To be responsible for maintaining acceptable and accurate inventory levels.
• To communicate and coordinate with warehouse operation team according to customer requirements.
• Handle Transportation arrangement and co-ordinations.

Team management

• Support Team work on daily reporting such as inventory report, warehouse and distribution tracking report.
• Work on monthly billing report for transportation and warehouse customers and do system invoicing.
• Communication with customer to receive orders and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Willing to take challenges and work offsite for different projects in the future.

Quality control and continuous improvement

• To assist with warehouse team leader/Manager for quality control and continuous improvement.
• To propose to warehouse team leader on continuous improvement schemes.
• To conduct the cost saving within the team.
• Monitor bonded (duty unpaid) cargoes, tally inventory with Singapore custom record.
• Monitoring products inventory and make sure the accuracy between physical stocks and system quantity.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistic Management / Supply Chain / Business Management.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a warehouse environment preferably in a logistics, freight forwarding or related industry.

1. Handle customer enquires & scheduling (thru phone call /email & other platform)
2. Scheduling & coordinate service appointments.
3. Prepare Job order (using SAP) & Quotations.
4. General administrative works & ad-hoc duties when necessary.

Requirements:

2. Proficient in MS Office , Excel, Words
3. Hardworking, good working attitude and customer orientated.
4. Preferably with Aircon & Ceiling Fan knowledge.

Working hour : (5 day week):

Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 6pm (1 hour lunch break)

• 5 days, 12hr rotating shifts (9pm to 9am/9am to 9pm)
• MNC, North, 14 working days per month
• $3500 - $3800, shift & HP allowances, AWS, bonus

Job Description

• To support customer site for probe cards on the following: Card repairs, Pin replacement if possible
• Advise customer on technical details for evaluations / improvements etc
• Liaise with HQ Italy for any issues / technical documents / evaluations / follow up
• Work with Headquarter vertical repair team for cards sent back to Headquarter in Italy
• Report / trackers update for internal and customer
• Support overseas sites if necessary

Requirements

• Possess a Diploma / Above in Electrical and Electronics / Electrical or equivalent
• **Must have** at least 2 years’ experience in Electrical Wafer Sort / Final Test Testing
• Troubleshooting & Isolation of problems
• Able to read PCB schematics
