Job Description

• Provide administrative support in payment and procurement process.
• Liaise with vendors and the Central Finance Office on all invoicing and payment matters.
• Manage applications and process payments for interns, within NUS and externally.
• Submit and process staff claims/ travel requests in NUS system.
• Prepare agenda and minutes-taking for monthly operation meetings, where needed.
• Support onboarding administration for new staff.
• Keep track of AICET's assets and facilitating the annual asset verification exercise.
• Plan and execute key AICET publicity events
• Coordinate event logistics, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of each event
• Assisting in any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in any field with 5 to 10 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Resourceful with good communication skills, and a team player.
• 1 year employment contract will be offered, subject to renewal of contract
