Your Responsibilities: -

• Supervise testing methods and maintain high-quality standards for all processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain equipment to the highest standards.
• Plan Annual Inspections, Full Load Tests, and 150% Brake Tests.
• Develop and establish standards for conducting inspections and tests on all procedures.
• Manage daily schedules and manpower deployment.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding planned inspection schedules and follow-up.
• Address client concerns and resolve issues.
• Ensure inspections are completed according to schedule.
• Assist employees in understanding quality standards and ensure compliance with all quality manuals and procedures.

Requirements: -

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the industry.
• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic or a Technical Certificate from an accredited Technical Institute.

The Service Engineer reports to the Senior Sales & Services Manager.

Responsibility:

• Provides service and maintenance support to the company's communications, fire and gas detection system, control and instrumentation products and services.
• Promotes company's products via the provision of professional and quality services.
• Ensures customer's satisfaction via the provision of prompt and efficient services to minimise the impact of company's products downtime on customer's business operations.
• Ensures that services are carried out with minimum impact on company's business revenue.
• Ensures that customer requirements are adequately conveyed to the Sales & Service Manager.
• Identifies and recommends business opportunities to the Service Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Plan training material and conduct training to clients or users.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
• At least 1 year related working experience in Medical / Healthcare / Laboratory/Refrigeration

• Able to commit standby and travel if required.
