Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Experience in project handling, preferably dealing with air-conditioning, chiller or HVAC systems is an advantage
• Strong analytical skill
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD

Key responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and administer AWS infrastructure.
• Automate deployments and infrastructure as code.
• Troubleshoot containers (EKS, ECS, ECR) and support tasks.
• Effectively manage capacity, monitoring and alerting setup.
• Proficient in implementation, management and troubleshoot AWS and Container technologies.
• Proficient in Operating Systems such as AWS Linux, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and Microsoft Windows.
• Maintain, manage, and monitor Cloud Infrastructure and resolve IT infrastructure issues.
• Work with the technical lead/manager to ensure the technical support provided to within the agreed SLA (24 x 7)
• Support projects go-live implementation.
• Provide after office hours support where required.
• On-board new Cloud technologies, challenge existing implementation in a professional and constructive manner.
• Follow ITSM/ITIL methodologies for day-to-day operations of the IT Infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science / engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in AWS operations and support
• Hands-on, detailed and a team player exemplifying the “can-do” attitude.
• AWS Certification – Solution Architect Associate or SysOps Administrator Associate is a must.
• AWS Certification – Solution Architect Professional and Advanced Networking Specialty is an added advantage.
• Experienced in infrastructure engineering and automation.
• Strong knowledge and experience of computer networking such as network zoning, routing, network resiliency, load balancing, firewall, VPNs, etc.
• Good knowledge of AWS RDS, application technology stack and containerization.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our Building Automation team in Singapore. Reporting to the Senior Field Service Supervisor, your focus will be supporting the development of on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take care of maintenance and servicing scope for contract site, with a focus on Building Management System (BMS)
• Validate customer request
• Educate customer and field technicians
• Write documentation used by field technicians
• Ensure Right and Fast Delivery
• Support Managers to delivers the management KPI and ensuring to deliver the Contract requirements and value to Honeywell clients

MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree or higher education with significant relevant experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on Field Service and Maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of Building Management System (BMS), and Controller Programming such as Air Handling Unit (AHU), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Chiller Programming, etc.
• Willingness to travel to customer's sites island wide.
• Being able to follow flexible work schedule and respond to ad-hoc requests.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Service Manager, the Automatic Door Systems Specialist is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automatic door systems. This role requires technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and electronic components, as well as strong problem-solving skills to ensure the efficient operation of automatic entrances.

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of pedestrian automatic doors. Understand technical documents and compile and edit information for dissemination. Provide technical support and service to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the service manager and other team members to ensure efficient service delivery. Ensure all work complies with company standards and safety regulations

Qualifications:

· Minimum Diploma in Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

· Minimum 3 years work experience on automatic doors (shopping mall, pedestrian)

· Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.

· Possess a Class 3 Driving License

· Proficiency in Chinese and English language to communicate with clients

· Geographical work coverage: Singapore inclusive of the islands and offshore locations.

Senior Service Engineer Up to $4300 + VB

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Field Service Operations:

· Carry out schedule and retrofits automatic door parts; mechanical, electrical and electronic

· Troubleshoot and conduct site check on the automatic entrance and propose parts recommendations for user consideration

· Provide site report to client for the purpose of completion of works,

· Testing/commissioning. Decommissioning and conduct risk assessment of all automatic entrance related system and products

Others:

· Propose upgrades of automatic door entrances as well as providing feasible solutions to clients existing door entrances

· Keeping assigned service vehicle in good road worthy condition and to upkeep vehicles cleanliness and hygiene at all times

· Keep updated on product information and technical know-how for both ASSA ABLOY products and competitor’s product

· Maintaining all tools and equipment provided in a good working condition and to exchange timely when tools/equipment provided are found damaged or reasonably wear and tear observed

· Any Other duties assign by the management or your immediate superior

REQUIREMENTS:

-Min 3years experience with technical or mechanical knowledge

-Possess Class 3 Driving License
