Requirements:

• Have previous experience in call centre is highly preferred or customer service experience

• A team player with good interpersonal and communications skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Working Hours:

Contract Customer Relations Officer (Sales focus)

• Achieve individual sales and team target
• Handle all walk-in and phone enquiries from customers
• Explain product information as well as communicate the use of all products in the most professional and efficient way
• Perform direct marketing and sales activities to generate sales
• participate in outdoor sales activities and roadshows
• Handle counter duties and cashiering
• Other ad-hoc duties or reassignment if required.

Contract Customer Relations Officer (Sales support/Operations focus)

• Handle all operational matters and work closely with sales team to ensure fulfilment of sales
• Generate Sales Order upon completion of sales for City Energy Life, call centre and online orders
• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
• Arrange and update appointments for commercial customers, and liaise with the Commercial team
• Ensure adequate support and timely coordination with inter-departmental colleagues e.g Finance, relating to City Energy Life showroom matters
• Ensure upkeeping and accuracy of all administrative duties, including managing of online store records, documentation etc

Requirements:

- Diploma/nitec in any field
- Able to commit for one year while working on weekends and public holidays
- Good communication skills, good personality and customer service skills, result-oriented, highly motivated
