We are looking for a customer-oriented Service Crew (Karaoke – Night Shift) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will ensure guests have a pleasant experience by providing excellent service, assisting with basic technical support for karaoke systems, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This role is ideal for individuals comfortable working night shifts in a lively setting, handling beverages, and delivering top-tier service in a karaoke lounge environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver friendly and courteous service to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Handle phone calls for reservations and guest inquiries.
• Greet guests and direct them to their designated karaoke rooms.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Input orders into the point-of-sale system efficiently.
• Provide basic technical support, including microphone and karaoke system checks.

• Working Days: 6 days work week.
