Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing and construction processes.
• Perform regular scheduled maintenance and service checks to ensure optimal equipment function.
• Respond promptly to service calls and provide technical support to resolve issues on-site.
• Liaise with the parts department to manage inventory and order necessary components.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, and use protective equipment when on the site.
• Stay updated on industry advancements, integrating new techniques into servicing procedures.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Salary range: $2,000-$2,600

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Report to the Duty Manager (PAX) and Passenger Service Specialist (PSS)

· Take charge of assigned flights, reporting to the PSS for pre-flight briefings, ensuring correct flight numbers, destinations, and departure times, processing documentation, and handling passengers politely.

· Ensure necessary travel documents, passports, and ticket validity checks are correct before acceptance.

· Perform administrative duties, such as sorting telexes and distributing General Declarations and Passenger Manifests.

· Responsible for housekeeping, cleanliness, counter sweeps, service desk duties, and adhering to grooming guidelines.

· Must comply with Personal Data Protection Commission regulations.

Key Attributes:

· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent

· Able to perform rotating shift work including weekends and public holidays

· Customer Oriented and a good team player

· Comfortable with using computer

· Able to converse and write in English confidently

· Good people management skills

• Address customer inquiries, requests and complaints through phone or emails to strive to provide effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit quotations to customer promptly.
• Review and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure order information and request are checked.
• Follow up and monitor delivery of customer orders are dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and on time. Communicate any delays or issues to customers proactively.
• Communicate with staff from other areas in the organization, such as production, warehouse, transport, or distribution, to confirm the status of orders, meet to customer shipping requirement and resolve customer complaints.
• Answer internal and customer enquiries on service and product availability, prices, delivery times, and the status of orders so that enquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately.
• Resolve customer queries from offer to invoicing stage efficiently and escalate complex issues to reporting manager promptly.
• Perform background screening on creation of customer accounts, prospects, competitors and industry trends to support the contract or sales team’s activities.
• Use databases or other computerized systems to maintain up-to-date customer records; to track the status of orders and deliveries; and to generate sales reports and statistics.
• Draft sales documentation, proposals, reports, and correspondence such as sales contracts and maintenance agreements.
• Work according to the established guidelines and procedures to maintain consistent quality work.
