Job Summary:
As a Full-Time Service & Bar Crew member at Mama Diam and Lou Shang, you will be an integral part of our front-of-house team, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and crafting delicious beverages. Your role will involve creating memorable experiences for our guests, from greeting them with a smile to ensuring they enjoy every moment of their visit. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service (Hosting): Welcome and engage with customers in a warm and professional manner. Take orders, address inquiries, and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to provide a seamless dining experience.
• Bar Operations: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, following established recipes and standards. Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
• Service Duties: Assist with setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness and organization in all service areas. Ensure that all service stations are well-stocked and ready for peak hours.

Qualifications:

• Nationality: Must be Malaysian or Singaporean.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions are essential.
• Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Job description

1. Laser performance test for new arrival

2. Handheld laser welding process demo, robotics integration, customer service

3. Provide remote and onsite technical support of laser and other related parts including installation, application and troubleshooting

4. Repair defective parts of customer return, generate report and quotation for repaired items

5. Close follow up RMA laser and scanners with customer and supply

6. Lab facilities setup and improvement for welding and large area machine control under vision assist

Job Requirement

1. Diploma, Degree or higher in electrical, mechatronics, automation, or machine control, software

2. Hands-on experience, willing to support remote and onsite service

3. Analytical and problem-solving skills, able to take initiative and work independently

4. Understanding and prior work experience in laser instruments and troubleshooting is an advantage

5. Preferably 3-5 years’ experience working in industrial projects and service

6. Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customer all times

7. Organized, efficient, willing to learn new things and take new challenges

8. Both English and Mandarin
