You will be responsible for monitoring and managing the delivery of Managed Security Services, establishing and maintain close engagement with key stakeholders and follow through any issues and service improvement opportunities highlighted at service review meetings with internal cross functional teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a trust, in partnership with cross functional teams to provide Managed Security Services.
• Contribute to service improvement reviews with internal teams and recommend service improvement plans.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer success roles or experience in a cybersecurity operation center.
• Relevant Cybersecurity Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, GCIH, GNFA, CCSK, CRIST will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with Kill Chain methodology, MITRE Attack, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001 etc.
• Excellent team and relationship building skills.
