• Familiar with business softwares: WMS/EOS/JDA/SAP is preferred.

• Design and implement cross-platform APIs for Enterprise SSD validation and characterization.
• Develop and integrate the APIs of new test equipment/tools for test automation.
• Define, plan and execute a test automation strategy, to contribute to the on-going development of in-house automation frameworks/tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robust test designs based on new feature or customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot SSD and software integration issues, implement systematic approaches to reproduce and root cause the problem.
• Constantly evaluate, refine and enhance validation approaches to drive better coverage and shift-left the detection of failures from customer to internal test framework.
• Identify automation opportunities and implement solutions to improve test scalability and efficiency.
• Maintain good documentation on the test methodologies, workflows and results to ensure future traceability and reference.
• Solid experience in object-oriented programming concepts; Python preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex design patterns through UML documentation.
• Working experience in Windows or Linux stack/kernel/driver is highly desired.
• Good hands-on experience in operating systems API such as process controls, memory management and device driver interactions would be beneficial.
• Excellent knowledge of system storage and the relationship to the platform peripherals: CPU, memory, PCIe, drivers, OS, firmware is a plus.
• Ability to analyze problems, diagnose to root cause, and apply corrective actions.
• Experience with Agile product development processes and project management.
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation and teamwork skills across sites & time zones.

We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to supervise in the delivery of our mission- and business-critical application services with internal customers. Reporting into the Professional Services team, our goal is to deliver excellent technical/application support with outstanding customer service, satisfaction, and timeliness. This position is part of the Enterprise Engineering organization and requires a diverse and flexible skill set for supporting a wide range of applications within our client’s Commerce Engineering portfolio. This is a remote role located in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned application support scope of work, including planning, organizing, scheduling, and supervising and managing the development projects, SDLC, Agile Methodologies, SCRUM meeting and Sprint plannings
• Continuously monitor, measure, and report the application support team’s performance, ensure the team is performing at its dimensioned capacity and according to defined SLAs
• Coach and assist with training of all L1 and L2 resources to ensure the highest levels of customer focus and collaborative working.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate recurring issues and increase automated detection and resolution
• Oversee clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including end-user assistance where required until the issue has been resolved
• Ensure guidelines of change management, release management and application performance quality processes are strictly followed

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required
• 5+ years of experience developing and leading a team of application development professionals
• Leadership experience in a 24x7 operation supporting enterprise software and systems
• Experience working with stakeholders to communicate issues while balancing business expectations
• Significant knowledge of new product/service release cycles and willingness to stay on the forefront of emerging industry best practices
• Fluency in English is required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As a preliminary step before performing the service, diagnose and troubleshoot compressors that have been received at the workshop.
  Reciprocating and screw compressors, are subject to maintenance, overhauls, and testing.
• Effectively interact with coworkers and, when needed, customers both vocally and in writing.
• Suggest preventive actions and offer quick, efficient fixes for technological issues.
• Keep accurate records for every service assignment, including writing out reports for inspections, tests, and services.
• For every task, follow up on the work orders, keeping track of daily time sheets and checklists.
• Effectively coordinate with other departments to guarantee a seamless and prompt supply of the parts needed to finish servicing tasks.
• Ensure that the workshop's tools and equipment are maintained properly.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven work experience in HVAC industry prerraby more into refrigeration
• Possess class 3 driving license
• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent.
