Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Customer Service Officer or Customer Service Executive will provide customer service, via emails and phone, aligned to the company’s business and strategic goals.

Job Description:

• Registration of patients, scheduling appointments, dispensing medications and consumables and payment collection
• General administrative duties in the clinic assigned by the clinic supervisor/manager
• Updating of medical billings/invoice

Senior Care Centre

· The Centre Manager is responsible to lead and manage the full aspects of the centre’s day-to-day operations.
