We are looking for a mechanical/electrical engineer to troubleshoot/install cnc machines.

They must have some basic repairing/maintenence knowledge of cnc machines.

Those who can operate cnc machines and are willing to learn how to repair cnc machines will also be considered.

Class 3 license is a plus

Job Description :

Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows 7 ,Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office

路 Dealing with hardware and application support queries and issues reported to the support desk and escalated to the Desktop Support Engineers

路 Provide user data and application recovery

路 Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity, and workstation hardware/software

路 Use tools and methodologies to load, copy and customize operating system configurations for deployment

路 Responsible for tracking hardware and software inventory

路 Familiarize end users on basic software, hardware and peripheral device operation

路 Take ownership and responsibility of queries, issues and problems assigned to the Desktop Support Engineers

路 Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical issues within the desktop environment

路 Escalate issues and involve experts wherever required in order to resolve issues as quickly as possible and any other authorised desktop applications & Microsoft or related security patches/Policies

路 Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorised peripheral equipment

路 Performs remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorised peripheral equipment

路 Customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards

路 Provide VIP support

路 Resolve and update incidents with in SLA and also update stakeholders for P1 cases

路 Update KB with solution provided

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests.
• Provide technical advice and support to Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and Building Owners.
• Visit customers as needed to assist with sales and customer service issues.
• Collect cost information, prepare quotations, handle tender submissions, and follow up regularly.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, identify potential new customers, and develop new business opportunities.
• Ensure timely updates of quote activities in line with the Sales Department's standard processes.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and focus on winning key projects to meet set order targets.
• Understand customer business outcomes and provide comprehensive solutions to meet their needs.
• Achieve sales targets set by the company and develop new business opportunities within Singapore.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 to 4 years of sales experience in the construction industry.
• Ability to understand mechanical and electrical fitments and interpret drawings.
• Knowledge of ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation), M&E (Mechanical and Electrical), Smoke Control Systems, or Fire Alarm Systems is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort in customer-facing situations.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Preferred to have own transportation.
