Responsibilities
To assist in ensuring a smooth daily service operations.
Set up of restaurant for service.
Ensure that guests receive prompt attention and service when they enter the restaurant
To ensure that guests’ orders are taken accurately.
Deliver efficient and effective service that is aligned with ATIPICO’s standards.
To learn and to be familiar with all the food and beverages offered in the restaurant including the ingredients and preparation time.
To take daily inventory including for bar and report any loss or damage.
To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, appearance and department at all times.
To clean up section area after service and maintain cleanliness of the area.
Any adhoc tasks assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
Requirements and skills:
Minimum 2 years of F&B experience
Willingness to work on rotating shifts including weekends and Public Holidays.
Extensive knowledge in food & beverages.
Service-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail is crucial to ensure consistency of service.
Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast pace environment
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
