Wise’s audiovisual team ensures that all the AV equipment is ready for events and meetings in our offices across the world. The team makes sure that the events run in a smooth and orderly manner from the technical perspective. While the day to day duties vary slightly based on the situation, the AV technician is responsible for supporting cross office events and web conferencing meetings.

What you’ll do:

• Run the technical production of cross-company events of varying complexity, size, and locations in collaboration with our established AV partners

• Deliver the best AV experiences for in-room and remote participants using Zoom, Vimeo and various other hardware that we use in our offices (Logitech, Neat, etc)

• Maintain and upgrade AV solutions in our offices while working together with Wise’s Workplace team to keep the AV systems up-to-date and automated where necessary and possible (office refurbishments and new offices)

• Create, maintain, and update the runbooks that document the usage of our event spaces and meeting rooms

• Develop and maintain standards and ensure all deployed AV solutions are raised to those standards

• Lead the knowledge/skill growth with the wider Support units to offload operational workload as much as possible

• Work on additional AV services relevant to the employee experience such as digital signage systems and room bookings

• Deal with support related service requests and incidents for the supported technologies and infrastructure together with other IT support teams

We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our Building Automation team in Singapore. Reporting to the Senior Field Service Supervisor, your focus will be supporting the development of on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take care of maintenance and servicing scope for contract site, with a focus on Building Management System (BMS)
• Validate customer request
• Educate customer and field technicians
• Write documentation used by field technicians
• Ensure Right and Fast Delivery
• Support Managers to delivers the management KPI and ensuring to deliver the Contract requirements and value to Honeywell clients

MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree or higher education with significant relevant experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on Field Service and Maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of Building Management System (BMS), and Controller Programming such as Air Handling Unit (AHU), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Chiller Programming, etc.
• Willingness to travel to customer's sites island wide.
• Being able to follow flexible work schedule and respond to ad-hoc requests.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair pumps/motors and machines, including disassembly and reassembly to repair or replace worn or malfunctioning components and consumables.

• Attend on-site requests and repairs, including on-board vessel services.
• Participate in ongoing training events sponsored by the company to stay up-to-date on the latest technology and repair options.

Service Technician (Fire Protection)

Job Description

• Carrying out routine and ad hoc testing and servicing of Fire Protection system at each site
• Able to carry out trouble-shooting & Fault Finding on Site
• Coordinating and communicating with engineers and external clients.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Nitec in Engineering field (Preferable Electrical / Mechanical)
• Experience in Fire Protection/M&E Engineering field will be preferable
• Possess of class 3 driving license will be preferable

Responsibilities

• Installation, maintenance and repair of surface analysis equipment at customer sites locally and in the region.
• Conduct equipment training for customers and new employees.

Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite technical support and assistance to customer in resolving hardware and software issue.
