Centre Manager (Senior Care Centre)
The Centre Manager is responsible for managing and supervising a team to ensure the smooth operations of the Silver Lifestyle Club. Duties include delivery of quality care, staff management, process innovation, resource deployment, clients’ engagement, feedback and compliance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Communicate and role model All Saints Home’s vision, mission and values
- Responsible for general quality of care provided to the clients
- Monitor all work procedures and ensure that they are executed in compliance with organization policies, standard operating procedures, and government regulations
- Ensure the smooth operations and delivery of client-centric care based upon established standards
- Propose, review, implement strategies, programs, psychosocial interventions, therapeutic activities, processes and policies to innovate care delivery
- Motivate volunteers to deliver better care
- Deploy and manage manpower and financial resources optimally
- Build a motivating and high performing team through effective performance management, staff engagement and development
- Provide timely responses and resolutions to clients’ feedback/complaints
- Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements and compliance.
- Tabulate reports for management decision making
- Manage vendors and spending
- Collaborate across departments and multiple stakeholders to support the effective functioning of Sliver Lifestyle Club
- Participate and support corporate initiatives
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in healthcare related industry
- Preferably with Elder care knowledge and skills such as dementia care, psychosocial intervention, Gerontology, Social Work and Counselling
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supervisory role and people management
- Experience in operation and managing a senior care center is preferred
- Compassionate with effective interpersonal and communication skills
