We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and the following technical skills:

Must

• Minimum of 2+ years of L1-L2 technical support experience in a large corporate infrastructure (250 user environment).
• Support experience in Windows 7 &10, Mac OSX, patch management, Active Directory, ServiceNow or similar , Office 365 and essential applications such as Microsoft Office.Hands-on experience in desktop, laptop, printer, and scanner configuration.
• L2 level troubleshooting for LAN/WAN/MPLS. Basic administration knowledge of systems and servers, phone systems, and wireless infrastructure related to the network.
• Experience in troubleshooting all office network-related issues, such as switches and WIFI

Broad Function

Support the operationalization of WH Environmental Services (ES) department, which includes housekeeping, waste management, linen & laundry, pest control and landscaping services.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Specific

Candidate will be supporting the managers for the various services under ES operations.

• Develop operational plans for ES
• Work closely with stakeholders, e.g. end users, infection control and outsourced vendors, to ensure smooth transition into live operation.
• Engage end users to gather ES scope and support required.
• Develop detailed operation plans such as staffing requirements, process flows and work instructions.
• Support procurement activities, such as for service contracts, furniture, fittings & equipment.
• Participate in the IT system development for housekeeping jobs management.
• Prepare presentations and proposals.
• Monitor and review the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the various outsourced services under Environmental Services
• Working with services providers for service improvements
• Investigate promptly on the feedback received from staffs, patients or visitors and implement corrective actions and preventive measures
• Perform audit checks to ensure that the services are satisfactorily carried out and to ensure compliance to safety and infection control standards
• Conduct joint inspection and walkabout with service providers to assess their performance and identify gaps and areas for improvement.
• Manage Environmental services related procedures, records, documentation to ensure compliance to audits and for easy retrieval and referencing.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time?

• Provide secretariat support for relevant meetings.

Job Requirement

Education / Training / Experience

Qualification:

• General degree / diploma
• Diplomas with relevant past experiences may be considered.
• Other education level with extensive past experience and practical knowledge maybe considered.

Professional Experience:

• ES experience, especially in acute healthcare setting, is preferred.
• Executive position will require minimum 0 to 3 years of related work experience, preferably in acute health care or similar setting.
• Senior Executive position will require minimum 4 years of related work experience, preferably in acute health care or similar setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Purpose

You will be part of the team to provide casework and counselling services for families, with the goal for families to achieve healthy family functioning, and to deliver divorce support programmes and services to families who are affected by divorce, with the goal for families and their children to achieve stability and self-reliance.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

Casework & Counselling

• Part of the Intake & Triage Team to conduct intake assessments for new intakesto identify needs, strengths, and risks and make necessary referrals for clients.
• Conduct counselling for individuals, couples and families who are experiencing stress due to marital and family-related issues.
• Conduct case management for clients and case conferences with stakeholders.

Support Programme & Workshops

• Plan, review and facilitate groupwork intervention for parents and children.
• Facilitate premarital and divorce related programmes and workshops to help equip couples and parents with knowledge that enhance relationships and skills to cope with life transitions.
• Facilitate and supervise visitation access of divorcing/ divorced parents with their children and ensuring that the session carries on smoothly and safely for both the parent and children.

Supervision

• Provide programme and practice/clinical supervision to junior Counsellor/Social Worker and interns/ Family Life Educators to ensure programme fidelity and quality service delivery.

Research & Practice

• Contribute to quality practice and professional matters in agency.
• Engage in research to evaluate activities and identify service gaps.
• Facilitate internal training for team / service point

Networking

• Support networking and advocacy sessions with partners and stakeholders

Job Requirements

• Master Degree in Counselling or Bachelor Degree in Social Work (preferably with a recognised certification in Counselling)
• At least 5 years of relevant casework / counselling experience in counselling, social work, or related work involving family, parents and children, and have experience in conducting training and workshop
• Preferably accredited member of SASW or clinical member of SAC
• Will need to work half Saturday (Tues - Fri : 8.30 am - 6 pm and Sat : 1.30-6.30 pm)
• Comfortable in conflict management
• Able to work in multiple site but primarily based in East
