Responsibilities

• Preparation and Issuance of service and spare part quotation to customer.
• Attend to technical enquiries from customer
• Liaise with customer for dispatch of spares and service engineer attendance
• Pick & pack spares when necessary
• Prepare shipping documents and arrange delivery with courier company.
• Prepare billing and invoice customer accordingly.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in any discipline
• Positive, can do attitude
• Prepare to read and understand schematic and block diagrams (Trainings provided)
• PC literate

Job Responsibilities

• Support frontline operations to deliver outstanding customer service.

• Manage & build positive relationships with both internal teams and customers.
• Coordinate with the Parts department and workshop to ensure timely vehicle completion.
• Assist in preparing quotations (repair and accident).
• Any other duties as assigned.
