You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound collection calls within a call center environment, where you’ll clearly communicate and explain payment breakdowns to customers. Key responsibilities include following up on overdue accounts to meet collection targets on behalf of clients from banks, telecom service providers, and commercial clients. Additionally, the role requires negotiating repayment amounts and payment schedules with customers, enhancing overall collection efficiency, and reducing delinquency rates. Other duties may be assigned as needed to support the team and achieve collection goals.

Qualifications:

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / ‘A’ / 'O’/ Nitec
• Possess at least 2 years of working experience in telemarketing (inbound and outbound calls), customer service or debt collection (in a call center environment)

We are seeking friendly and customer-oriented individuals to join our remittance team as Customer Service Representatives. You will play a vital role in assisting customers with their remittance transactions, providing information, and ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities:

· Greet customers warmly and professionally, providing assistance with their remittance needs.

· Process various types of remittance transactions accurately and efficiently, following established procedures.

· Verify customer identification and documentation in accordance with compliance requirements.

· Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding remittance services, fees, exchange rates, and processing times.

You will have opportunities to work with patients in both acute and outpatient settings, including cardiothoracic surgical intensive care unit, coronary care unit and cardiac rehabilitation. You will be given on-the-job training to work with either heart or lung transplant patients, and patients with heart failure on mechanical circulatory support devices.

Requirements

• Degree in Physiotherapy recognised by Singapore’s Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in healthcare setting

You will be responsible for the provision of pharmaceutical care at our outpatient pharmacy. Your duties include counselling and dispensing of medication, teaching and providing information on medication to patients, their caregivers and other healthcare workers as well as assist them in the administration of medication. You will also need to help identify, resolve and prevent medication-related problems and ensure accurate and timely distribution of pharmaceutical items. In addition, you will be required to participate in corporate quality improvement projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent, recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Board for registration
• Relevant experience in a hospital setting environment will be advantageous but not essential as on-the-job training will be provided
