Based in the town area, Client is a Energy client and we are looking for a Business Support Operations admin to assist the business Support Operations team. The candidate will report to the Project Manager for this role. We prefer the candidate to be able to start work in August 2024.
About the role
Responsibilities
∙ Initiates sales orders/purchase orders to vendors according to customers' requirements.
∙ Checks content and analyzes supplier and/or customer contracts to ensure compliant
and standardized contract management.
∙ Ensures the accuracy of order books and records, including recording of such in the appropriate systems, e.g., SAP
∙ Ensures timely shipment/billing of equipment.
∙ Ensures all related Project Reporting and Controlling activities. ∙ Tracks and maintains standard cost compared to actual cost and moving average cost.
∙ Perform inventory/cost of sales account reconciliations
∙ Knowledge in preparing shipping documentation and co-ordination between forwarders, vendors & customers on shipping arrangement ∙ Expediting of materials
∙ Preparing of Import documents,B/L & advance notification. ∙ Responding promptly to customer order status inquiries. Be proactive and update sales personnel in charge of customer delivery problems.
∙ Preparation of export-related documents and shipping documents in accordance with local regulations and export control requirements, where applicable, including letters of credit and certificates of origin. ∙ Where applicable, process service-related orders and also monitor proper product repair cases
∙ Special projects or tasks may be assigned where applicable.
Skills and experience
The successful candidate will possess:
- ∙ Education level – technical degree
- ∙ 2 years working in a similar work task
- ∙ Specific technical/ soft skills – MS Excel Skills, SAP (if possible)
