This role is one of very few positions that are primed to directly influence the guest experience. You will directly be able to ensure that our guests leave happy and satisfied with the service and experience at our restaurants—especially being able to identify unique opportunities to delight in the day-to-day service.

You'll be in charge of:

• Prepare the restaurant for opening and closing
• Setting up tables with the correct number of place settings, including crockery, silverware, glasses, and napkin
• Maintain restaurant's overall cleanliness at all times
• Readily stand by at the pass, to pick up dishes which are ready to be presented to the guest
• The ability to explain the ingredients used and/or methods on how to enjoy the dish when presenting the dish to the guest
• Proactive and able to anticipate guests' needs
• Refresh the table with finesse once guests have finished their main course
• Other additional task includes setting up and breaking down tables, restocking supplies, using the glassware dishwasher and other cleaning duties

The Role

As the Customer Success Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of providing support to our partner restaurants. This is a role that involves a high volume of inbound and outbound communication with our partner base. To ensure we deliver exceptional support throughout the various stages of the partner lifecycle, our team operates as three focussed verticals:

1. Onboarding: responsible for guiding newly acquired partners through their first three months with Quandoo

2. Partner Support: our frontline team handling all incoming communication channels - phone, chat and email

3. Growth & Retention: nurtures the partner base post-onboarding with proactive, regular outreach

Your initial placement in one of the verticals will be based on your experience and the needs of the business. Inline with our commitment to personal development, you will have the opportunity to gain experience from other verticals to become an all-round customer success expert.

The Responsibilities:

• Provide a high-level of support to our partners restaurants

• Understand the partner lifecycle and how the three verticals work together 

• Work closely with the wider Customer Success team to ensure goals are being met across our partner base in the APAC region

• Become a trusted advisor to our partner restaurants by helping them gain the most out of our platform and reach optimum value

• Maintain an expert level understanding of our product and service to clearly communicate the value

• Have a commercially minded approach to nurturing our partner base

• Proactively engage with partners to mitigate churn risk through early assessment of their use of the Quandoo service and product

• Be the voice of our partners to provide internal feedback on how we can improve 

• Develop an in-depth understanding of VOCC functionality

• Build the knowledge base and understand the various application service flow  product, and services

• Able to develop, edit, and distribute effective internal and external communication in a timely and accurate manner as per the documented process

• Follow documented support procedures, managing each issue through resolution or turnover to maintain established service levels

• Liaise with L2 support groups to collaborate on the resolution of incidents and problems

• Proactively work with Global Support groups and/or client or vendors to provide flexible and nimble solution for client issues and resolve system problems quickly

• Track update and resolve all assigned requests in the incident management system, ensuring that documentation is thorough, accurate, and meets a standard of high quality

• Enhance technical skills through participation in ongoing training

• Able to communicate and work cordially in global team with teammate from different culture and in time zone.

• Create Incident reports and Ensure all incidents and changes are in compliance to ITIL and operation policy

• Be able to problem diagnose, quickly and efficiently by running and review application and network traces

• Ability to communicate well and manage highly stressful situations during the Incident.

• Ability to prioritize and multitask. Flexibility and adaptability in work approach

• Adhere to the Standard operating procedure and suggest improvements if needed.

• This role will require shift work and Weekend On-call support.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Provide Service Operations support to internal and external customers in accordance with the terms of the customer contract and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Ensure the correct functioning and maintenance of all internal and external systems and products serviced by Service Operations
• When required, act as the customer SPOC and coordinate the scheduling of intervention with Customer's, internal resolver groups, and the Service Desk ensuring the highest level of customer services and communications are maintained to resolve the fault and incident within the prescribed SLA.
• Carry out incident and problem management support to the highest standards and co-ordinate the resolution with the appropriate resolver groups
• Ensure shortest restoral times possible, initiating the timely escalations to specialized resolver groups inside and outside SITA, according to the customer contracts, SLAs and monitoring requirements
• To ensure the Service Operations team adheres to the highest working standards for all incidents and problems by providing guidance, support and direct management.
• Proactively detect problems related to service and infrastructure operations and delivery services, conduct diagnostics and provide service request ownership to ensure resolution of customer problems
• Support the senior team members in the management, reporting, and coordination of day-day tasks during the absence of the Lead Engineer
• Adhere to installation guidelines and industry best practices in order to deliver quality service and infrastructure operations
• Use the appropriate tools and equipment to perform the installation, intervention, and repairs in accordance with Service Operations and Delivery guidelines and instructions where provided
• Report and escalate to the next level those problems which cannot be fixed
• Carry out preventive and proactive maintenance of equipment and monitoring of systems and services in accordance with agreed schedules and customer expectations
• Perform Change Management, Configurations, Design and Implementation of the supported Product & Systems
• Manage local suppliers in the provision of services for the SITA Service Operations centres and report on services provided to management.
• Conducts the analysis, definition, documentation and testing of application & systems enhancements
• To provide onsite support to Users during the cutover of the services
• Continuously identify and document lessons learnt, known errors and operational knowledge for improved services
• When/where required, be contactable for escalations and support, on and on-call standby basis
• When/where required, perform assigned tasks on 12 x 7 shifts basis.

EXPERIENCE:

• Degree or equivalent Diploma / Certificate in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years experience in the network, and/or application/system support domain.
• Must have dealt directly with external customers delivering to SLAs.
• Exposure to ITIL and IT/network components and principles
• Demonstrated maturity in handling complex customer issues and demanding customers
• Ability to coach new joiners and to facilitate their integration into the team
• Knowledge of Airline and CAA customers use of ACM applications
• Ability to organize the activity of a team and to take ownership of issues until resolution
