You don't need to have MICE experience to work with us. We're looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial self-starters with a strong sense of ownership, passion and curiosity, driven by our values of care, ownership, trust, passion and innovation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist and support Sales team activities on administration of purchase orders and invoices.
- Preparation of related administrative paper documentation.
- Liaise with clients and suppliers on logistic and delivery arrangements.
- Responsible for client's inquiries and quotations.
- Keep track of payments for all events and following up with tracers to issue invoices.
- Attend to general enquiries over the phone and email, gathering and evaluating feedback from customers.
- Supporting Event team in organisation of sales events.

- Undertake any other ad-hoc projects/duties assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales support experience.
- Strong organization, time management skills and ability to work with senior internal stakeholders.
- Interpersonal skills, confident personality, high level of enthusiasm.
- New office is set to relocate to Expo in Q2/Q3 2024.
