Your mission:

• Communicating with Wise's business customers and helping them over the phone and via email whilst forming valuable, long-lasting relationships.
• Collaborating internally with operational and product teams to make sure that we are providing the best service and custom solutions for our business customers.

About you:

• Hold a Singaporean citizenship or permanent residency (please note we cannot support Visas for this role)
• You have previous B2B customer support experience preferably in banking, internet, tech, and telecommunication industries, or international customer care centres
• Previous experience in Customer Success, B2B Business Development or B2B sales is ideal
• Your verbal and written English skills are excellent - Phone, emails, (and potentially) chat contacts are the main responsibility for this role, so clear communication in English is key, and we'll be evaluating yours all the way from your application through the end of the process
• You’re flexible. Open to working days, evenings, public holidays, and weekend shifts. While your scheduling preferences are taken into consideration, the requirements can change based on our customers needs, so we can’t guarantee you your preferred shift and shifts can change over time
• You’re organized. You’re methodical in your approach, with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to multitask. Your lead will help you develop and remove blockers if they can, but they won’t stand over your shoulder, trusting you with the autonomy to meet and exceed your performance metrics and also deliver a great customer experience

Job Objectives:

• Gather relevant claims documents, supporting evidence and other related information
• Ensure claims and repairs approved by insurance companies or customers in the shortest time
• Estimate repair scope of work, cost and time needed as accurately as possible
• Coordinate all parts required for survey/re-survey with Body/Paint Shop
• Communicate effectively with Body/Paint Shop on the required repairs and services

Core Responsibilities:

• Receive, understand and record accident details, and ensure customers’ service needs are attended
• Advise customers on repair scope, time needed and cost where applicable
• Obtain all necessary documents and authorisation before and after commencement of repair work/claims
• When necessary, coordinate with leasing companies to arrange for replacement cars on behalf of customers
• Guide customers on accident and claims report updating
• Follow up with insurers on liability verdict. Escalate case if verdict is unjust to customers, if necessary
• Create Repair Order and communicate with Body/Paint Shop Supervisor on work scope and delivery date
• Coordinate with Parts Manager to reserve/order required parts
• Monitor and update customers on claims, repair and delivery statuses
• Maintain cordial relationship with all stakeholders
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC in a related course of study with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the automotive field
• Diploma Holders in a related course of study will be at an advantage
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
• Ability to identify and effectively solve problems
• Ability to learn new tasks and skills quickly

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver consistent good customer service including inquiries, and complaints at all times
• Be customer-centric with both internal and external stakeholders via all communication channels.
• Handle phone and email enquiries of current and prospective customers of NTUC Health
• Advise and promote the value of our NTUC Health services to the customers.
• Address enquiries, referrals, scheduling of appointments and other support required from the various communication channels; recommend relevant services within NTUC Health to address the needs of the stakeholders.
• Manages service feedback and liaises with relevant stakeholders to resolve the issues within a stipulated time frame.
• Track and monitor customers enquiries from all channels such as Call Centre Hotline, E-mails, Whatsapp, and Online Messages in a timely manner, including service recovery.
• Meet KPI requirements.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Reporting Officer.

• Preferably general degree or minimum A Levels with some customer service experiences
• Someone with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Someone who is resourceful and provides timely and accurate information to our seniors
• Someone who is patient and meticulous and enjoys working with a senior person.
• Prior experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
• Proficiency in a 2nd language would be advantageous.
