What you'll do:

As a Production Support Specialist (Contract), you will play an integral role in ensuring the seamless operation of our client's banking applications. Your daily responsibilities will involve providing support in production, coordinating workload, identifying improvements, contributing to key initiatives, fulfilling regulatory assessments, and supporting change release activities. You will be expected to work occasional weekends and evenings to ensure the success of project activities.

• Provide support in production of applications on a daily basis

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Production Support Specialist (Contract) role brings a wealth of experience in Finacle application along with a strong background in UNIX, Linux, Wintel, Perl/Shell scripting. Your ability to write SQL scripts coupled with your knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle databases, .Net and JAVA will be essential for this role. You should have experience in application support processes including incident management, release management, risk governance. A strong investigative approach for root cause analysis is required along with experience using industry-standard monitoring and ticketing tools such as Remedy, Splunk, AppDynamics.
