Responsibilities

Field Service Engineer (Laser machine & Semiconductor Equipment)

• Office: (Bendemeer), most of the time at customers site (island-wide)
• 5 days Mon-Fri 830am-530pm,1 hour break
• $ 3,500 - $ 4,000

Job scopes and requirements:

• Install, troubleshoot, repair & service of laser machine.
• Carry out regular maintenance, repairing of equipment/machines and follow up on work orders, onsite-support equipment/machines installation
• Diploma in Electrical /Electronic or Engineering.
• 1-2 years working experience in Laser Application Equipment and Semiconductor Industrial, knowledge of electrical & mechatronics.
• Willing to travel island-wide

Job Scope

• Attending to end users IT matters across sites
• Troubleshoot and resolve Hardware, Software and Networking issue
• Setting up of PC’s and perform installation, configuration and linking of IT equipment
• Assist ERP user access management, system navigation and troubleshooting of ERP software issue
• Procurement of new hardware and software when required
• Any other ad-hoc IT related matter assigned by Manager.

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
• 3 Year of similar experience
• Candidate with ERP knowledge added to advantage
• Able to travel to Malaysia (Johor Bahru) when required
