Job Summary:
As a Client Service Specialist for J.P Morgan’s APAC Private Banking business, you will be the primary contact for all service related needs of a Private Bank Client. Client Service Specialist is responsible to provide support to Bankers and Investors by working with various product partners and operations to deliver a seamless and integrated experience to clients across all Private Bank products.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Act as primary contact with external clients and Integrated team for day to day account administration and servicing
2. Provide proactive personalized service on transaction processing such as deposits, loans, asset transfers, execution of cash products, cash flow management, corporate action, servicing inquiries and investigation handling etc.
3. Assist Clients in all account maintenance related requests such as change of address, updated KYC changes and ensures all necessary documentation is processed in accordance with Bank’s standards.
4. Assist Bankers in execution of credit facility, facilitates ad-hoc client requests, trouble shooting and help drives any remediation or campaign that is required from Bank.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2. Minimum 3 years of Client Service and/or Relationship Manager support experience from Private Bank.
3. Strong knowledge of the Private Bank business, well-versed across all asset classes and investment products, and relevant operational processes on cash/securities settlement, corporate action and banking products.
4. Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters.
5. Dynamic and independent team player who possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills in delivering exceptional client services, showcasing the ability to proactively engage multiple stakeholders at all levels of seniority to meet strict timelines and operate with strong sense of ownership and urgency in a demanding and unpredictable environment.
6. Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong proficiency in digital tools such as Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
7. Ability to think strategically, problem solve offer creative solutions and operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
