• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work.
• Preferably relevant experience in Social Service sector, working with elderly clients or any related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team to meet deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and communication (oral and written skills).
• Good knowledge about the community resources to engage stakeholders.

Description:

• Ensure the integrity and readiness of production systems managed by the Digital Platform System team.
• Provide Level 2 support and troubleshooting for production incidents and critical system interfaces through Workflow and Automation systems.
• Assist the Incident Manager in implementing preventive and detective measures, and conduct root cause analysis for applications.
• Aid the IT Planner in achieving project objectives, including production transitions for new system launches and system change requests.

• Organize regular meetings with developers for issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• At least 4 years of experience in Application or System Support, preferably within a bank or financial institution.
• Hands-on experience with Workflow and Automation systems.
• Experience in an Enterprise Application support environment, interacting with multiple functions (developers, infrastructure, service desk) and business users.
• Functional knowledge of Digitalization systems (e.g., Customer Onboarding, Funding Charges, Data Management).
• Technical expertise with applications hosted on both Windows and Linux, including database queries (SQL Server, ORACLE) and managing application services under Windows Services and Linux application services.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., DOS, UNIX, VBA).
• Self-motivated and driven to ensure high-quality work in a timely manner.
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership of results.
• Sound judgment in problem-solving and decision-making.
