Job Responsibilities:

· Providing basic research support by conducting desktop scans and research activities to gather relevant information for operational planning and transformation initiatives within the Family Life Group.

· Utilizing Microsoft or other tools to collect, analyze, and present data from research activities to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

· Supporting project progress coordination, documentation, and tracking of key research and transformation initiatives to ensure alignment with project requirements and timeline.

· Assisting with administrative tasks such as preparing for meetings, supporting collation of information across teams, and providing logistics support for workplan/engagement sessions.

· Contributing to the development and maintenance of Knowledge Management by organizing and maintaining an archive of operational planning materials.

· These responsibilities are crucial in supporting the overall success of the Family Life Group's operational planning and transformation initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in relevant field

• Coordination or project management experience

• Research work experience in preferred.

• Able to demonstrate critical thinking and analytical skills.

Requirements:

- Support the marketing team in strategic, tactical creative plans to drive sales for our business and ensure brand growth through various marketing activities.

- End to end execution and management of marketing campaigns - from content generation to copywriting to compaigns tracking and reporting .

- Strategize, plan, create and deliver quality, engaging social media and digital content for company blog site

- Handle artwork and design

- Contribute ideas, design new artwork and have the expertise to work with a wide range of digital graphi tools to produce high-quality visual communications.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the human resources strategy for the Singapore branch, ensuring alignment with the overall corporate strategy.
2. Oversee comprehensive human resources functions for the Singapore branch, including but not limited to recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
3. Manage administrative affairs for the Singapore branch, including office facility management, logistical support, procurement, and maintenance of equipment.
4. Assist in communication and collaboration with local government agencies and labor authorities in Singapore.
5. Handle employee welfare, labor contracts, and other related matters in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
6. Coordinate with local vendors to ensure the timely provision of office supplies and services.
7. Ensure the development, implementation, and updating of human resources policies and administrative procedures for the Singapore branch.
8. Lead the implementation and execution of strategic initiatives for talent development and learning, including conducting learning needs analysis, developing comprehensive learning plans, and managing enterprise-wide learning programs such as leadership development, professional conversion programs, and work-study programs.
9. Collaborate with stakeholders to create and implement talent attraction and retention initiatives, integrating technology-enabled and microlearning modules into the talent development framework.
10. Manage talent management processes and execute high-potential development and succession planning with guidance from the Center of Excellence, providing support for talent and succession planning processes and preparations for talent review meetings.
11. Analyze metrics and KPIs to track talent development, succession planning, learning utilization, and other outcomes related to talent and learning development.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum a bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 10 years of HR/Admin managerial experience with business partnering and change management skills/experience.
3. Strategic HR competencies required include Talent Management, Leadership Development, Time Management, Succession Planning, and Coaching.
4. Professional HR related certification i.e. IHRP, etc. and HR experience in the financial industry are not a must, but an added advantage.
5. Familiarity with Singapore employment laws, regulations, and best practices, with a commitment to maintaining compliance and confidentiality.
