We are a money broking firm looking for dynamic individuals to join us as IT Support Executive.
1. Responsibilities
1.1. Provide technical support to user desktops and laptops
1.2. Provide support in telecommunication and voice equipment
1.3. Setup new users – desktops and laptops applications installation and voice turrets
1.4. New equipment, desktops and printers’ installations
1.5. Participate in tech refresh, operating systems and applications upgrade
1.6. Regular checks for desktops and laptops: anti-virus and anti-malware checks; ensure that patches are up to date
1.7. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
1.8. Assist in evaluations and tests on new software and hardware
1.9. Relocation of user positions and desk positions
1.10. Handle inventory management (updates and tracking)
1.11. Maintain IT documentations, ensure information is up to date.
1.12. Tasks and processes in accordance with IT and Compliance policies
2. Others
2.1. Assist in office renovation by supervising workers
2.2. Any adhoc assignments by Management
Requirements
- Professional Certificate / Nitec, Diploma in Information Technology related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience
- Work experience in financial institutions would be added advantage
- Team player with the ability to collaborate and support each other
- Independent and has ownership of his / her assigned tasks
- Good interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays occasionally
