Purpose

Job Description:

• Responsible for coordinating all import and export shipments with the respective clients, vendors and overseas agents.
• To monitor cargo status and update the clients as accordingly.
• Ensure that daily customers’ enquiries via emails or calls are attended to promptly.

· Submit bookings to Shipping Lines and pre plan necessary space and allocation
