• Minimum 2 years’ experience in mechanical engineering.

Job Description:

- Maintaining and supporting all IT hardware and software matters and supporting ERP and OA systems.

- Ensuring smooth operation of IT services, provide support and optimal use of Systems, Servers, Network and any other IT, Videoconferencing, printing and Audio Visual systems.

- Work closely with other departments on IT matters.

- Liaise with vendors for purchasing of IT equipment and software licenses.

- Responding to product & offering, service-related queries or requests from members, visitors/guests from various channels (online or onsite inquiries)

- Assisting members with the ‘move-in, move-out’ experience.

- Assisting on the day-to-day Centre operations, ensuring usage ready for tenants, visitors & guests, including but not limited to Centre opening and closing, general cleanliness and premise maintenance, setting up and managing specific spaces (e.g. pantry, meeting rooms) usage, etc.

- Responsible for handling Customers feedbacks/complains in a timely, accurate and reasonable manner.

- Administrative work required for Centre operation (e.g., handling front desk duties, courier matters, performing payment charges, creating invoices, submitting receipts, updating Centre and member records/transactions, etc)

- Assisting with and/or participating in members events and any other community related/driven initiatives.

Requirements:

- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.

- 1-2 years relevant working experience.

- Exposure in ERP system support and some hands-on programming knowledge will be an added advantage.

- Knowledge in technical IT support and troubleshooting, covering PC hardware, networking and Microsoft applications.
